The Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Diffuser is a simple, effective and long-lasting solution to help reduce dog stress, anxiety and normal but unwanted behaviour, and promote harmonious living in multi-pet households. This complete starter kit contains one dog calming diffuser plug-in and one 30-day refill. The Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Diffuser uses scientifically recognised pheromone technology, and contains a copy of the Dog Appeasing Pheromone (DAP), a dog calming pheromone which is naturally produced by the mother when she nurses her puppies. DAP triggers an instinctive calming response, giving the puppies a continuous, reassuring message, and is a crucial part of the bonding process. DAP is instantly recognisable to all dogs, even if they were hand-reared. Dogs may show signs of stress or anxiety for many different reasons. Some are obvious, such as anxiety due to being left home alone, or loud noises like fireworks or thunderstorms, but others may be less obvious, such as changes in routine or at home, or learning periods, which can contribute to unwanted behaviour, such as furniture chewing or urine marking. The dog pheromone diffuser can be plugged into any area of the home, and will be effective in a space up to 70m2. Once plugged in, the calming diffuser will begin releasing pheromones immediately, reaching optimum efficacy after around one week, and will continue to calm your dog for up to 30 days. This can be particularly valuable for nervous dogs and dogs suffering separation anxiety, helping them to feel reassured when left home alone. Instructions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LEAFLET AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE. The Beaphar CaniComfort® Diffuser should be checked monthly and replaced every six months to ensure optimum effect. For indoor use only. For use in animal’s environment only. Do not apply directly to the animal. Ensure the refill is kept upright at all times. 1. Remove the vial cap from the refill. 2. Screw the diffuser onto the vial and gently tighten. 3. Plug the diffuser into an electric socket and switch it on. One Beaphar CaniComfort® Refill lasts up to 30 days. Effective in an area up to 70m². Multiple diffusers can be used throughout the home depending on the size of the area and location of the dogs. Do not use near open windows/doors or drafts as this will reduce how well the diffuser works. Each 48ml vial lasts up to 30 days. Replace the Beaphar CaniComfort® Refill every 30 days or when empty.
