Beaphar Reigns Supreme
Beaphar UK is in celebratory mood after having been named Customer Care Team of the Year 2011 at the Pet Industry Awards.
Industry leaders turned out dressed in their finest to attend the Pet Industry Awards dinner at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on the 20th September 2011, hosted by the Pet Care Trade Association. ‘We would like to congratulate all the award winners, who are each achieving great things in this highly competitive industry,’ said Janet Nunn, chief executive of the Pet Care Trade Association. The entire Customer Care Team accepted the award, led by Clare Cossey, who had put her heart and soul into producing the awards submission. Sue Huggett, Business Manager of Beaphar UK, commented “We are truly delighted that Beaphar has won. Beaphar continually strives to offer an exceptional service to both the retailer and pet owner.”
The judges said: ‘We were impressed by the Beaphar team’s presentation – the evidence points to their passion, hard work and efficiency.
